You should never, feisty women, under any circumstances seek a reconciliation with “Mr.Wonderful” if you have to belittle or berate yourself to do this. He is simply not worth sacrificing your self-worth to have him again be a part of your life. You deserve better! And even if you feel like revenge is in order, never ever commit any deeds of revenge, but let karma do its thing with just maybe a little help from you. You deserve the best that life has to offer and that is without your ex- “Mr.Wonderful” because he will never change, no matter how much you want him to change. You just need to let karma do its work, although sometimes a bit of “help” along the way may be in order.

Stay Forgiving. Forget It and Let It Go!
You deserve peace in your life, feisty women. “Mr. Wonderful” is gratefully gone and you have your life back, said one friend.
Others offered these words of wisdom: Don’t try to forgive and forget. Just live in the moment and time will help you heal, forgive, and forget. Wise words.
Random Acts of Kindness
Do you practice random acts of kindness every day? You should, feisty women. Never underestimate the power that you have by being kind. It doesn’t take a big action to be kind when something small will often do. It can make a needed change in someone’s life and in your life, too.
Music and the Arts Can Help Improve Your Day
Life would be so dull and boring without music; I cannot even imagine a day without music being a part of it. Music is essential to all that I do and is an integral part of who I am. Many feisty women that I know feel that a day without music is just . . . blah! As a teacher of music, I love to share this joy with my students. Music has the power to relax, restore, inspire, and even reignite memories. For me, it makes every moment a little bit better.
What does music mean to your life?
Sitting Still & Listening to the Outside Noise
How often do you sit and just listen? Often times so much outside noise is happening that we can barely hear ourselves think. Sitting and listening to the outside noise is something I’ve been practicing in my home ahead of meditation. It is a great exercise to clear your mind and start hearing your own inner voice become more clear. You can try it now by sitting still and just observing. Write down what you hear.
Here’s what I hear: the clock ticking on the wall. People outside talking. Cars driving by your home. Kids playing outside. Phone message signal dinging. Dryer buzzing. Microwave beeping. Oven timer beeping. The heat pump starting up. Dogs barking. The television turned on. The list is endless. I heard all these things in my home in under five minutes in time. The sounds your mind pays attention to can yield great results. Try it for yourself at home and let me know what you hear.
Gardening Season
I love to plant flowers and the more perennials the better. I plant based on color and the more varied colors for my garden, the better. Neighbors have the seeds from their flowers populate my card and vice versa. What a great thing to share. In a world filled with so many nasty people, plant flowers and brighten up the world, one perennial at a time.
Keep a Sense of Humor — and Have Some Funny Jokes on Hand
Your sense of humor, feisty women, has always been your salvation. Without your sense of humor, you could never get through any break-up with “Mr.Wonderful.” You need a stash of jokes. Just start with the kids around you and ask them for their jokes, cheesy ones to be sure, but at least they will get you started. Those jokes are never the same, sometimes are so zany, and are delivered with a child’s sense of fun. You really do need your humor to get through this wrenching period of your life. Laughter is often the best medicine!
